Refund Policy

At Band Score, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with our courses. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund under the following conditions:

1. Eligibility for Refunds

   – Refund requests must be submitted within three (3) days of purchasing a course.

   – Requests received after three days from the purchase date will not be eligible for a refund.

2. How to Request a Refund

3. Processing Refunds

   – Upon receiving your refund request, our team will review it and respond within five (5) business days.

   – If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

4. Non-Refundable Items

   – Any courses or services that are not eligible for a refund beyond the three-day window will not be refunded under any circumstances.
